I agree with him completely!
Oh you are so wrong.
This is 2024. We use the Gregorian calendar now.
Oh that’s where I’m going wrong.
I’m using a 2024 Disney calendar.
It’s a family organiser ![]()

I have stuff on my counters too, lol. It’s just that EVERYTHING can’t stay out on the counters. I also feel like if everyone picks up after themselves then mama doesn’t have to do it all.
And I need a lot of space when I’m cooking and hate having to clean up just to cook. Not that the sugar container prevents that, lol. But I just can’t let it slide ![]()
Yes. Counters are work spaces. And work spaces need to remain clear. Now I have a friend that doesn’t cook very much. Her counters are full of things. And thats fine for her I guess. But I just couldn’t function each evening like that. I’m not even a “neat freak” or obsessive over it. I just want everything in its place ![]()

I’m not sure those two sentences go together in one thought.
I get anxiety over too much clutter. I grew up with horders. I think I have PTSD from it. When DH lets his clutter build up I feel like I’m having a panick attack. Sometimes I just go get a box and throw all his loose stuff in it
But I’m not obsessive about cleaning or everything being perfect. If that makes any sense, lol.
I think he leaves the sugar out to annoy me ![]()
This is true:

And here I’ve been disappointed in how little progress we’ve made in 50 years.
Turns out it’s been a whole century and really - that’s saying something since the Industrial Revolution.
I mean ancient Egypt stayed the same for centuries but what do you expect from people walking sideways with animals on their heads.
That one got a lol
I legit thought those were the actual lyrics for the longest time ![]()
Fancy coffee drinks for everyone at work! LOL! That would still be expensive for me since we’re a family of 5….
They don’t work with you, sod them!
