Yeah, it’s been bugging me since last week when I saw them in the boba fett episode.
I didn’t really like that movie, and doubt I made it all the way through, so probably not that.

They are dressed a bit differently in this scene - see about the 1 minute mark for the fight at the archery competition.

I had this thought too. Bodies of the turtles, with heads of Rocksteady, henchman of their villain Shredder. But the Robin Hood guards, which I barely remembered, are pretty spot on. Poor rhinos seem to get stereotyped as guards/henchmen a lot. Are people too rhinocerist?
ETA: Oh yeah, the SW guards are pigs/warthogs, so the heads are Bebop, not Rocksteady.

The Robin Hood guards are probably what I’m thinking of, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was another movie that was actually it. Because I wasn’t thinking rhino. However, the last time I actually watched Robin Hood was probably 20 years ago, so my memory could be fuzzy.

They look very similar to Maleficient’s pig minion creatures. I think they are called Malificient’s goons.
