Honestly there is so little that’s challenging to get anymore that I don’t even bother to book ahead much and just make more on-the-fly or day before, two days before decisions.
I probably would make sure to get a 60-day ADR for those rare “must haves” like:
Space 220 Lounge
Geo-82
Beak & Barrel
Cinderella’s Royal Table
Topolino’s (breakfast - dinner is wide open)
Perhaps the other character meals too
And of course the Magical Extras are still pretty challenging to get (dessert parties, tours, BBB)
I added Beak and Barrel, and Geo-82 into the list.
I was going to also add Cake Bake Shop…but remembered that you can actually book that way ahead of 60 days through OpenTable, even though through the Disney site itself it might be hard to get.
I just made my ADRs 60+ days out. Royal Table, Be our Guest, Beak and Barrel, Hoop-Dee-Doo revue, Space 220 Lounge. The only one I could not get on the day I wanted was Space 220 Lounge. Pretty much gone for all the days I was on site. Was able to snag one for late in our stay (67 days out) and only a few times were available then. So Space 220 Lounge is by far the most popular - obviously people have caught on you can have the experience without going to the Restaurant.
