Packing status is almost complete!! We depart tomorrow morning!!! 
This trip is just my mom and I. She was signed up for Princess Weekend 2023 along with my oldest daughter, my sister and I. She was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer right before Thanksgiving 2022 and had to miss out. She has had a helluva year - chemo, a broken hip + partial hip replacement and a hysterectomy. She is currently in NED (no evidence of disease) status!!!
Our original plan was to re-do Princess together this year but I sat in the queue on registration day crying as I watched everything fill up before I made it through. I was already signed up to do Marathon Weekend so I invited her to come along! I’ve ran a few Half Marathons before but this will be my first Full.
We have so much to celebrate!! 
Tomorrow after we land we’ll swing by the Expo, check into BWI and spend a few hours in HS before dinner at Flying Fish!
