You can for GotG (I have done it) but probably not for Tron. They are strict with the BGs for Tron. I’ve never tried being late. Maybe they would be more flexible with someone using DAS but I wouldn’t count on it.

Yeah I’m planning on being on time for Tron but epcot is too big for me to back track so want to go when we get to that part of the park. Thanks for the help and sorry for the trip report interruption!

So weird thing happened with one of my DAS preselects. Had Soarin for 11:30, but it somehow switched to Spaceship Earth. Doesnt matter because I’ve selected it as our next in park DAS and will let the SE expire, but weird

I’m enjoying your trip report so far! I’m interested in your DAS experiences, as we will be traveling with DAS for the first time at the start of September. Our youngest (23yo) didn’t need DAS during their last trip in 2018.

Morning part of the itinerary is finished. Stayed a little longer thannplanned because DD wanted to get something to eat at Sunshine Seasons. Shebhad the Vegetable Korma and enjoyed it. On a boat headed back to resort now.

Headed back to Epcot for the evening. I know walking would be faster, but taking the boat to save our feet. Have Remy DAS booked and ready to ride. Will hit that first, then make our way through World Showcase, probably stopping in to the shop in Japan, then dinner at Via Napoli. I would like to catch the last American Adventure show after dinner if we finish in time, but not sure DD will be interested. If not, we’ll just slowly make our way through world showcase and aim to finish just before fireworks time. Don’t want to have to stake out a spot to see the fireworks. Any good areas to sit and watch from Mexico?

The Epcot Forever fireworks can literally be seen from anywhere along the lagoon. There’s not much happening other than fireworks and music. Don’t stake out a spot – very pointless and will make you like the fireworks less. I watched from Norway but Mexico is fine. The line of sight you want is roughly:
So just make sure there are no tall trees or buildings in your way.

I’m doing a memory maker share so I can’t download my photos until my trip is over, but I feel like in the past they still showed up in my MDE with the watermark. So far, I’m only seeing 1 photo in my MDEand it was of the 2nd GOTG ride this morning.
ETA: is it normal for there to be a delay in the photos showing up?
