I’m booked for:
10/11/25 Disney Dream 5 nights from FLL Halloween on the High Seas, Western Caribbean
Staying at POR October 9, taking Brightline Train to Ft. Lauderdale on October 10
The Dream was our first (and still my favorite ship!) and the initial thought in booking a cruise for our family was to try out a Halloween on the High seas and it’s just never worked out. So I’m (not so patiently) waiting for Fall 2026 to see if that will finally be the year!
I will be on the Discovery Princess northbound to Alaska leaving from Vancouver and ending in Whittier on 8/1/2026, 7 nights. I think I will just miss @combatjulie!
I have one I started for the Fantasy in February that I still need to come back to. I have a review all typed up about Remy Dessert and every time I go to add pictures, something acts up and I don’t get it posted. But I want to come back to it!
@lolabear_la I have my booking day tomorrow (same day as final payment due date) - can I book spa treatments on this day or does that come closer to the trip?
I can’t remember what things you can book this early. Just excursions? Special meals? Character greets? Rainforest room?
Yes you can book spa treatments and I believe even the length of cruise rainforest room is now on the app ahead of time.
you’ll also be able to book excursions, and all onboard extras that can be reserved ahead of time. On the Wish that’s Bibbidi Bobbidi, the Pirate makeovers, Olaf’s Royal Picnic, Palo & Enchante brunch/dinner/dessert, anything in the spa and any adult alcohol tastings.
The only thing that you won’t still be able to book that can be done in advance is the Royal Gathering (or any other character meets that aren’t an upcharge but to require a reservation). That will open up 30 days before at midnight eastern for everyone, with no advantage for your status.
And then if you just want day passes for the spa, I believe those are still only available to purchase onboard. But it could have changed since the last time I specifically checked.
Bookings open at midnight eastern at the very start of the day you can see as your date bookings start (and since you’re Silver status it matches to your PIF date). And you do need to be paid in full before you can book, so if you want to be able to book, you need to make sure you’re paid before midnight at the start of the day. If your DCL account shows you can begin booking July 12 then that is tonight at 9pm in Arizona.
Thank you so much! This is all super helpful. I’m paid in full so looks like I’ll be able to book at 10pm UT time tonight (I’m here for a family reunion! Waving from UT Valley )
