Not usually but sounds like they maybe know it’s got technical issues and they can’t open first thing, or maybe a staffing issue.

So you say no need to rush to EPA?
I’d keep checking the app to see if it changes. But if it genuinely isn’t opening till 12, I’d still rush to EPA to get on VC but YMMV.

Is it real that you can basically cut the line through the lockers, and there’s no enforcement by any kind from Universal?
I just saw multiple groups of teens going into the lockers area (as if they wish to pick their things), but instead, simply pass through into the post-lockers queue! (skipping about 60 min of the pre-lockers queue)
Why Universal doesn’t do anything about it??

You couldn’t do that in July. Not at RD anyway which was the only time we rode. There were a lot of TMs preventing it.
