Congratulations on your sucess!

February 2020, I started doing Keto which includes abstaining from sugar. Somehow, I managed to lose about 100lbs during the start of this pandemic and have kept 80lbs of it off. One thing I quickly learned is how it’s shockingly hard to find foods with little to no sugar! Even plain old beef jerky off the shelf is laden with added sugars and forget about any sauces. There’s plenty of keto friendly & sugar free food these days, but it’s going to take some extra planning to navigate a weeks’ worth of Disney sans sugar!
