Guys, I’ve been REALLY good tonight. I have bought no snacks. No treats. And walked around a lot. (Just cracked 25,000 steps)
I know I make a usual “in your face” post about how I am able to finagle my way into the crowd to get a good view for fireworks. But when I know when I’m beat. Crowd level 10. Perfect weather. Yyyyeah even I don’t wanna tangle with that.
So I’m not gonna.

Hey parents, do everyone a favor at these parties: I don’t care how tired you are, get off your butt and escort your children to the food. Just saw one kid pick up several cookies with his hands and put them back down on the tray. And mommy and daddy are back at the table stuffing their faces.

A good indication of how many people are here. But why do they make it difficult? They could easily spread people out or even allow them to sit at the edges, but they have everyone clustered.
Well, it’s over priced, but for tonight , it was definitely a good call.
Now to walk it off some more. Maaaay not make it to 1am. But we’ll see.
