Very valid point. I will definitely be paying more attention this trip as far as when we are buying food eating because we want to vs just to use our plan.
Have you used the distripplanner website to look at your dining plan vs out of pocket costs for the ADRs you have/want? I just found that website after a reference on these forums and it helps with the funny math way the ddp makes you think. However, I think it uses last years prices for things and also does not take into account if you will be partaking in the alcoholic beverage option with your meals
