I just edited my post with the info that was posted on MouseOwners. I will read through to see if there was an update.
The only reports I can find is that people think that August date is the beginning of the Softs Goods update in DVC and availability is
“Spotty” after it begins.
The DVC soft goods refurb was pushed back from May to August / September.
This was after it was brought forward from 2022 which was announced in the December meeting.
Whether it means the completion date non DVC side has been delayed from May to July is unclear.

OK so the DVC soft goods refurb will reduce DVC availability at just Poly or does it include other DVC resorts?

DVC refurbs are done on a resort by resort basis.
From availability, it looks like a couple of months starting sometime late July ish 2021.

It doesn’t work. Like at all. All it does it add an additional scent to the existing bathroom smells. But I have not noticed it does a bit of good in keeping it from smelling.
You do you, boo boo.
Works well for me, and doesn’t add to the bathroom smell at all since it’s sprayed into the bowl and flushed away.
I swear by it.
