Chip and Dale are ALWAYS hilarious! I have great memories of my teenage visit with Dale proposing to me.

My DS 2.5 was for some reason licking water off the table. Dale noticed and started licking too. It was such a weird parenting moment for me. Do I correct them both, or just laugh? We just laughed. It went on for quite some time. I think he was waiting for my son to react.

Where did you meet Jake??? When my son was about 5 or 6 we did Pirate’s League and he was made over like Jake. He looked SO good! I will find the photo later and share. He would have died back then to meet Jake!

This is an awesome photo! I love how Dale joined right in! Sums up toddlerhood well too! My kids also do/did this except they also do it on the hardwood floors. We are a shoes off house, but it’s still gross. I thought maybe they learned if from their dog brother.

I met Jake at Hollywood Studios Spring Break 2017. I think he has left now and I was REALLY sad about that. I still go around singing “Roll Up the Map.” Loved that show!

Boy, when I start thinking about it, we’ve had so many magical character meets.
When we had dinner at GF, the step sisters were all over my then DS12 - and he was loving it. They are so great.
One of my absolute favorite meets with my DW (then girlfriend) back in 1996:
We visited in mid-September and had a late ADR at Liberty Tree Tavern. The restaurant was fairly empty at the end of the day and as we waited for our drinks to arrive, in walks Minnie & Goofy!
Minnie makes a bee-line right for our table and “says” hello to my wife, then motions to her to stand up. As soon as my wife does, Minnie sits down, takes my hand and starts batting her eyes at me across the table.
We’re cracking up at this point and it goes on for what felt like a full minute as she mimes a coy conversation with me. Finally she blows me a kiss, stands up and waves to me as she walks away out the back door.
Then, Goofy taps me on the shoulder and motions for me to stand. He then puts his arms around me and PICKS ME UP (I’m 6’1"!) and carries me to the next table and sits me there. He then walks back, makes a show of pulling out the chair for my wife to sit. Once he has her settled he sits across from her and takes her hand! Every once in awhile he looks over his shoulder at me at the other table and makes a sort of scoffing hand-wave at me.
He finally stood and bowed adieu to my wife, then also headed out back.
Neither met with anyone else.
It. was. all. so. funny. We just couldn’t stop laughing.
