Has there been a change in how WDW approaches this? They used to have CMs start at the back of the park and sweep their way to the entrance, herding all people without bands out of the park. There were several waves of this, so it was pretty difficult to avoid getting forced out. Also, if you had an ADR right before nornal park closing, you were escorted out of the park afterwards.
No sweepers seen in (correction) September for MNSSHP.
There was discussion of that, though, and the answer was to avoid them via bathroom?

That may well have happened. I was locked up in BOG for the first two hours.
Well, that’s a little disappointing. Given how much you pay for the party, I would expect to see riot police (with mouse ears on their helmets, of course) clubbing non-party goers and dragging them out.

We were there for MNSSHP and MVMCP in 2016 and 2017. Saw sweepers at all events. We were there for MNSSHP 2018 on Halloween night. Saw no sweepers at all the entire night. We also saw adults and children in full costumes and masks that completely covered their heads and nothing was said or done. I was upset about that. Safety first, huh? They should have been escorted out.
