You’re going to have to do some cash rate homework on this one if it seems interesting to you: I have only recorded THREE VB August Studios since 2024, so the median calc is too squishy. But,

Fun facts: We saw a 59% increase in total number of August Boardwalk listings this year, but a 31% DROP in the percentage at this price or lower. (i.e. the total count increased from 69 to 110, but the number at this price dropped from 11 to 10!)
1-night Boardwalk Villas Studio 08/23 orig $374/night now $286/n or 28% under median
If you’re referring to the Sep 30/ Oct 1 listing and it aligns with your trip, it’s a buy now-think later price. It’s an extreme outlier so if it’s if any interest at all to you, I’d strongly consider it
UPDATED: The SECOND I posted both of these resurrected listings they disappeared again. Hmm. David’s must have re-posted them by mistake or people haz very fast clickety-click skillz.

Interesting: These first two listings below appeared today - and are resurrected listings that both appeared back on the evening of August 5th and were gone by the next morning.
