Another Blarg: One site has posted a listing today that doesn’t have a resort name. My scripts are processing all the other data normally so it will appear in the database, but the resort will show up as “N/A”, which fellow Excel nerds will identify as that software saying WTF? to an empty string. I cleaned out the first bad record, but ain’t nobody got time for that so I’m just going to let it roll and hope for the best.
This is in addition to another listing from a different site that has an end date 336 days BEFORE the start date - I tried to let them know about that one WEEKS ago, but so far they haven’t fixed it. #whatever

2-night Grand Californian 2 Bedroom 08/24 orig $1,960/night now $1,120/n or 34% under median
Big drop for this SSR 1BR today. The last 2 years saw a few Sept listings right about now int he lower $300s down to a crazy $219 deal so keep your eyes open!
4-night Saratoga Springs 1 Bedroom 09/09 orig $567/night now $378/n or 17% under median
With only 7 rentals recorded for Vero Hotel/Inn rooms in October, it is not a high volume room in the data, which makes the median iffy. BUT - just can’t argue that $165/night is a pretty Bazinga price.
3-night Vero Beach Hotel/Inn 10/19 for $165/night or 37% under median
In 2024 we saw a few more listings closer in at or below this price, but in 2025 we only saw a single more expensive 2-nighter.This price is $100 less than a cash rate Studio with the current discount!
I couldn’t find a cash rate December 1BR on the Disney site, but for reference a standard Studio on these dates is going for $881 after tax.
3-night Beach Club Villas 1 Bedroom 12/19 for $784/night or 13% under median
This one has dropped a few times now, but didn’t really seem like a great price until this one. Not much data on this room type, but if I could swing a last minute trip I’d
8-night Vero Beach 2 Bedroom 08/14 orig $803/night now $441/n or 53% under median
vs All Dates (only have 2 August data points for this room)
This one is iffy to me when it comes to data and cash prices, but posting in case it is interesting to anyone. Very few data points for this room in Sept and we have seen a much deeper discount.
Hard to find a 2BR available in Sept, but FWIW I see an October cash rate for $414/night!
So $594 is meh to me unless you really want to go to there and there is just no other availability.
On the plus side: making believe I do not have data or access to that later cash rate amount: These days, how much less would I expect to see a 2BR villa go for?

Back in Nov 2024 there were a crazy set of mid $200s Aulani listings. Ignoring those as temporary insanity, this is pretty much a great November price for this room..
