Beach club has a pretty low point chart to begin with. Have they looked at flat out renting? I don’t know what availability looks like but now you are in 7 month territory so the price goes down. It sounds like they are flexible enough to go with whatever days are available. I bet that would be around median price.
Price Drop: This one is a decent deal and I’d have no problem booking it if I were looking in this time frame.
Saratoga is a unique resort where dedicated rentals tend to appear closer to check in than other resorts. Last July at this point we just started seeing a largeish group of listings below this price. So, worth watching if you’re looking for something soon!

The one has been out there since February went UP in price - and it STILL is a good deal! If you want a January Aulani Hotel room, not much chance you’ll see another appear, much less at this price.

This isn’t a massive savings under median, but for a 7-nighter you’re not likely to see anything much lower. There have only been 25 week long listings since 2024.

This resort doesn’t stray too far below median, we’ll probably see some shorter April listings at lower prices over time but not many. We usually see a single APR 7-night/year and this is the 2nd for 2027!

TL;DR: Copper Creek listings don’t often drop a great deal below median in April, which isn’t really surprising. That makes this pretty nice.

Interesting: Based on past data, we’d expect to see several April CC listings of any length at this price or lower each year and pretty much ONE 6-night or longer this low.
This is the 4th 6-nighter we’ve recorded this year.
Historically, there are <100 GF studios listed in September. In 2024 only 13 listings were at this price or lower. In 2025: 4 and 2026 so far: 8. This is a winner.

But regardless of listing length, this price is tops! Er… bottoms?
Would be a bit of a surprise to see any more than 1 or 2 Sept GF around this price, and likely will only be 1 to 3 nights if you do.

Kind of loose with room types.
For the price is assume the Kidani is a studio, but in the detail it only says “bedroom…”
The two Riviera listings might be duplicates too. Their respective URL slugs end in /615834708052 and /615834708052-722c4 so I wonder if this is just them testing their database and how similar listings populate.
