I can’t stand their ecosystem. I don’t know how Meta is considered a tech company with how broken so much of their platform is.

This one is “only” 4% under median, but it has been a drought of a year for lower priced September Boardwalk listings!
If you look at the bottom right table in the Price by Days Out chart below you can see we’ve had a more than 50% increase in total Boardwalk listings this Sept, but the number of listings at this price or lower dropped from 22 to 17.
The numbers make me think this is pretty much a win this year.
Also - don’t look at the 2024 numbers in that table or you might start crying.

Only a single decent 1-nighter so far today, but: for fun:
We have a new champion to top the list of highest total cost for a DVC rental:
Christmas 10-night Aulani 3BR Ocean View listed for $5,152 is not only 113% over median, but the total trip cost is more than double the now 2nd ranked listing.
Interesting to note that of all of these listings, only a single one was priced under median (highlighted green) and only a single one ever changed in price, but even so still remained up well over median.

For December, this is a very good Grand Flo price. Last year we saw about another dozen listings at this price point appear as the year progressed with a cluster at about 75 days out.

The VAST majority of December BLT Studios appear right at 11 months. This is at the bottom of the price range for any length. It would be very unlikely to see another 7-nighter this low from this point on!

PRICE DROPS
There were several price drops this morning from DVCShop, but these were pretty much the only under median ones besides a 1-nighter.
In previous years there were a fair number of Jambo July listings that were below only 3% under median. While there were three of them this year but this year at $236/night, the rest of the under medians were all clustered around this $315 price point.
When you limit the charts to just 7-nights or longer there are only about 5 a year at this price point.
Also, FWIW: Both of these are Value Studios.
