This is well under my usual threshold to bother posting, but this is still a worthy booking.
Remember, I’m just grabbing the best outliers to post; plenty of other listings I never mention that are fine, good, great.
and of course there are also listings that are bad, worse, awful, but hopefully my median crunching and charts helps people see that all vs their own context..

For April, this is a pretty good price overall vs all multi-night listings.
Might be some lower ones at the last minute, but probably not.
Is the only recorded 10-night for April and only have been a handful of 7-night or longer.

Vs All Dates this price is just slightly below median and you can see there are PLENTY of other times of the year when this price is very meh. But, again: March and April are their own high-priced ecosystem, so

We saw some lower prices for this room last year…
…but only a couple appeared closer than this to the May check in date.
In December this is a win for any number of nights - for a week it is a very rare listing.

There are several other months where you’ll see many listings priced lower for this room, but this is just about the lowest to expect for December!

Not only is this the very bottom of the price scale for this room in January (except for one other rando listing), a long stay like this at this price is super rare.

This is another one of those cusp-y listings right at the end of August.
Compared to hysterical August data 
for all multi-nighters, this one is “only” 16% under, but IMHO still a very nice deal. If you were looking for 6-nights, there have only been about 8 August listings down around this price point.
(If looking at Sept data, There were a BIG OLD BUNCH of them in 2024 at a lower price, but last year: 3.)
Since it is so close to the Sept time frame, I also added a comparison chart for that month below - down to only 6% under vs Sept listings, but again: for a long stay, ain’t that many.

Not a cheap nightly deal, but for this room in December, it is a smoking one.

While we would expect to see 5-nighters listed other times of the year at MUCH lower prices, December ain’t one of them.

In December, at least, this is one of those rooms and where a large majority of lower priced listings show up out at 11 months.
If you ratchet my Price by Days Out chart down to show only 5-nights or longer, you can see that after this point in time there have only been about 6 listings at this price point that have shown up between now and December - AND remember this date is for 2024 to date, so all of those listings are spread across multiple years.
From now until December, consider any new listings for that month in the mid $300s a sparkly Pokemon.

This is another one with nuance - “only” 6% under median for Sept OKW listings when compared to all listings 2-nights or longer.
But when you limit comparisons to 6-nights or longer, most of those listings should already have appeared. If I needed 6-nights in Sept, I wouldn’t sit and wait for another to show. Might happen. Might not.

If you change the filter to include listings 5-nights, while we might expect a few more 5-nighters in the time between now and Sept, my assessment doesn’t change much. Also, interesting to see how many more 5-nighters have been recorded in the time that has already passed (i.e. more than 195 days out, which is where we are now for this listing.)
