3-night DLH Studio (Duo) 07/03 for $399/night or 19% under median
There is nuance to this resort’s median calculation (for this room type at least):
This is a low volume room in July at DLH, so the monthly median might be a little sketchy.
But to date not many DLH Duos this low at all that month.
But, when looking at the ALL dates version of that chart, you can see plenty of listings well below this price - AND that $399 in that context is actually right AT median.
However, I’d still opine that since there have been so few July listings for Duos, if you want to go then this is about as good as it gets in that time frame.

Not many BW Studios this price or lower in November - VERY few 5-nighters. (Maybe a half dozen in total since 2023.)
