Very strong mid $300s BC studio pricing in Sept this year - last year we saw more than 2023, as well as a nice number of closer to $300 listings, so worth watching if you are looking for that month!
Looking at Sept for for that room, 2-nights or longer:
Ratcheting down to 6-nights or longer - I would not expect to see a lower price for a longer stay like this in Sept. Could happen, of course, but would be a rando.

Price Drop: This is a smoking deal now IMHO, if you can live without Stormalong Bay:
8-night BC 1 Bedroom 05/24 orig $822/night now $427/n or 47% under median
There have only been (15) 8-night BR 1BR listings recorded since 2023. The next nearest price is $200 more per night. But, even when looking at 2-nights or longer there are very few 1BRs down this low.

Not a high volume room by any means, but looking at this September chart for 2-nights or longer, fair chance you see a lower price for this room, but way up within a few days to check in.
When ratcheting down to just 6-nights or longer, all of those green dots to the left of 125 days out go away except for 2 - both $50 or $100 more than this rental and showed up 12 and 17 days out, respectively.

A rarer listing at 10-nights - only 18 recorded since 2023. Only 1 of those was in anything near summer months and that one was close to $600/night!

Anyone looking for a Bungalow Splurge, there’s a new 1-night on 5/26 for $1,280 or 52% under median for that room. Is 1 of only 8 recorded listings for that room in the month of May and is about $380 less than the next lowest listing.

Below are the charts for 2-nights or longer, but looking at the >=6-night chart: there have only been 27 listings for this room for that length since 2023. Median price for those filters is $1,459, but…
…getting into the specific September charts: There have only been 14 listings for this room in that month. 2023 had some crazy low listings, an only a single one last year.
Only 4 of these listing were 6-nights or longer.

Ahh, I have that text being created automagically with an Excel formula from my database.
I have a check in there that compares the first price seen for the listing to the current and if different it uses the “originally” version of the text that includes both prices - something about amounts over $1,000 where one has a comma is confusing my formula. Thought I had that fixed!

Several interesting price drops when I finally refreshed the data at 8:45pm - use the “Changed this week” check box in my search engine fields to find for those quickly.
