…and the last data refresh for 2025 has occurred… HUZZAH!

Here is the year end chart for active rentals: Ended the year about 35% fewer active listings today vs both the previous 2 years on this date.

I’ve added a new table to the right side of the chart (with tan header): Interestingly, even though 2025 trailed 2023 all year when it comes to the number of active listings each day, 2025 still had about 900 MORE total listings than 2023.

That surprised me - I’ll have to take a look and see what the factor is there - listings that were booked more quickly in 2025? Will see what the listing aging data says when I get a chance.

ETA: Adding the partial year 2022 listings (I started in May of that year), I’ve recorded over 57,000 listings now. To get there, I’ve pulled more than 6 million listing records.
