Looks like some Chase SW and Disney Visa card links need a refresh in the sheet - as did my own Amex links.
I’ve checked the “expired” box on the ones I checked that weren’t working, so if you refresh and update your link, be sure to un-check that box and update the date! 
There is currently a reported 100K Chase Sapphire bonus in banks that should go online by April 3rd. Those of us with Sapphire links in the sheet still have the measly 60K links, but should keep an eye out to see if refreshing them some time after the offer goes online might have the increased SUB.

My own Marriott Boundless link changed again from the 100K + $300 offer to the newer (3) 50K free night certificates. Not sure if everyone’s has!
