How long do I have to get from the plane to the magical express counters? Would I cause a problem if I stopped for lunch in the airport then made my way to the bus
No problem to stop! It takes about 10 minutes to get to DME but they scan your MB when you get to the buses ( twice). That scan triggers your arrival. Enjoy!

Does anyone know the best way to get from each Disney World park to Best Friends Pet Care, and how long we should expect reach trip to take? We want to stop by Best Friends during the day to take care of our dogs, but we’re not familiar with Disney World and have no idea how to accomplish this. I’ve been scouring the internet for this answer but can’t really find an answer. I’ve even emailed Best Friends, but they did not have an answer for how to visit during the day.

Stayed at POP twice, had great bus service as we were the only resort stop, no sharing.
How is the transportation at the Good neighbor hotel
Which hotel? In general that transportation is not as regular as Disney transportation.
