FYI for Q1 2026 trips!
@whisperfigment hopefully it’s all done before we get there! I’m kind of annoyed we didn’t get an email or anything.

I saw that announced as well elsewhere and almost posted in the April thread, but then in the article, that source said the dock would only be down for a week or two in January. ![]()
I’m shocked that I learned about it from my mom sending me an Inside the Magic link! Of course I had to click it. I first told her that they are usually full of lies then saw that it could affect us! At least BRV is towards the second half of our trip.
I mean this isn’t a reliable source. They were wrong about the boat consolidation bt FW and WL. The camping DIS foul says the boats are running direct from FW.
That’s harsh. They are OCCASIONALLY wrong, but most of the time accurate.
WDWNT yes, but Inside the Magic is the WORST click bait on the internet.
Oh. Okay. I see.
Honestly, I can’t speak to ITM, so I’ll take your word on that one! ![]()
Is this ITM?
I spot checked two of those headlines, and read the article. While the headlines are clickbaity, they are technically still true. I didn’t get a chance to check the third.
MK is not at capacity for Christmas!
Yes, those are!
It is about park reservations.
Right, but MK is not “at capacity” per the headline.
DFB is also clickbaity, and it drives me crazy. But their headlines aren’t misleading like ITM seem to be.
I have been noticing this more and more too. I’ve unfollowed them and still I get bombarded with their click bait.
I agree it is a click bait title, but the body of the article clarifies that they mean MK park reservations are full (at capacity) for date-based tickets.
I have accepted (though generally try to eschew) click bait titles as kind of a norm these days. DFBGuide is just as bad. But if the content is accurate, I can’t go so far as to call it full of lies. It is kind of like the “certain point of view” Obi-Wan line.
Doesn’t matter to me. I don’t generally read ITM…but anytime a phrase like “full of lies” is used, that’s a high bar.
Agreed. It’s like this:
Touring Plans: Lightning Lane Booking Paused due to Technical Glitch
DFB: Guests Were Surprised When They Saw This Screen This Morning!
ITM: Lightning Lane System Suspended Indefinitely - Guests Left Scrambling
I think you’re right that ITM usually has mostly accurate info in their articles, it’s just the headlines that are not just clickbait, but misleading. There are others @melcort10 has posted that drive the point home. They make it seem like every little thing is either permanent or bigger than it is.
