That is what I thought too. But the theater makes sense as well.
I have two trips this year - one starts the 6t of Oct and I really want to see this! (And finally have an AP)

Mixed on the Zootopia thing. We have never done the Bugs show in the Tree of Life due to certain family members being scared of, well, bugs. So changing to Zootopia makes it more accessible.
But…for reasons previously discussed on other threads, I just don’t think Zootopia belongs in AK. Still, sticking it in the ToL seems least offensive way to do it.

Love it! I propose at a minimum an Up! Themed playground, a new Encanto E ticket, redo of Dino to Indy and one of these themes for a kiddy ride. Plus all the animals.

PLEASE take the Imagination pavilion back to its original glory! A Figgy m&g is all well and good, but it’s kind of lipstick on a pig.

I think they are justing buying time. I expect the Imagination Pavilion will eventually get an overhaul…but not for a few more years. They have too many other projects to tackle first.

So this is my summary of the most excrutiangly embarassing show ever!
Moana journey of water opening Oct 16th. Moana will meet in Epcot too.
Figment meet & greet starts tomorrow.
Hatbox Ghost comes late November - missing the Halloween parties. SMH lol!
At AK, It’s tough to be a bug will be replaced with a Zootopia show.
Dinoland is replaced with Tropical Americas, with Encanto as part of it. Indy will replace the Dinosaur ride.
More blue sky thinking for Mk - Beyond Thunder Mountain but nothing concrete.
New Epcot show is called Luminous and debuts Dec 5th (?)
Ashoka coming to Star Tours next year.
And a new cruise ship named Adventure.

Hatbox comes in late November…New show for Contry bears…pirate theme restaurant, maybe where Tortuga is…world celebration opens December…Moana opens 10/16…dinoland will turn into South America land with encanto and Indiana jones.
