One of the high school’s mascots here is the eagles. At a swim meet (and those pools are echo-ey and loud) they were singing a song that sounded an awful lot like “We’re the f*cking eagles!” My eyes about bugged out of my head. Then realized they were saying funky eagles. I think the kids liked that it sounded like the effing eagles. Otherwise the song was lame.
