My TA confirmed last night. We are planning ahead for what I’m going to book with bounce back when I stay in October before Disney cruise.
See? I’ve gotten Jack about it and have only seen the influencers and bloggers posting about it. 
She was at Disney for some sort of training Wednesday. Not sure if she found out about it then or later.
It’s true - I think you have up to 7 days after check-out to rebook.
I believe it starts July 5th.

Other than the fact that there are more days - they have had better discounts offered though right? Like the current AP offer? Just wondering what is so special about bounce back offers.
From Disney’s perspective they’re getting confirmed repeat bookings. Like on cruises where you put down a deposit on a future cruise.
Of course you could book and then cancel, but Disney are hoping people will book whilst still high on pixie dust and then return.
I was wondering about the blackout dates. What if, say, your trip starts on Nov 26 and ends on Dec 2? Do you get the discount on some nights and not others?
I definitely want to stay in GDT next summer for mother/daughter trip before our APs expire. I like that I will be able to go ahead book after our October trip at a discount, and then see if any passholder ones are better.
I saw GDT club for $329 for this July 
with the discount.
We just checked out of Pop this morning and didn’t receive anything. Did we miss this opportunity by a hair?!? If so, that is so frustrating!

Just missed this but I am excited it is returning. I will be back in august and will be prepared to book a bunceback for another stay while I am there.
Are the bounce back offers for room only or for packages only or for either?
I know it starts July 5, but it’s also within 7 days of checkout. And at this point, I’m … not sure Disney would turn down the request. @Gnatjo, I’d call and ask nicely.
Thank you @len ! In your experience, are bounceback offers typically better savings than other Disney offers? We aren’t AP holders, so the best deal we have seen has been a Disney+ deal. Wasn’t sure if historically bounceback offers were stronger or not…
I got the great Disney+ deal for Pop in December 2023, which is better than the new bounceback offer.
Still, I’ll take the bounceback, if offered, for December 2024, as insurance against the possibility that no better discount becomes available. I can always grab a better deal if one pops up later.
You can always take the bounceback offer and see if anything better comes along.
My guess is that we’re going to see more, deeper discounts over the next year:
- Disney World travel is down significantly
- They have no new rides opening until Tiana in late 2024 (and then … nothing)
They’re going to need to do something to keep WDW going. It’s part of the engine that fueling Disney+ right now.
