I did see one room that was correct in my searching (I didn’t check every room) - 1343 says 2 Queen Beds and 1 Day Bed only. In case it helps with your code investigation.

I’ve never stayed club level or in the villas at BW but every stay with a family of 5 there has had a couch that folded down to a bed. We’ve stayed about 5 times. Here is a photo of the couch made up in 2017
In 2016 with just my husband and I we did not have the couch.

Thank you everyone for helping. I’ve opted for the Villas since I can guarantee a room that sleeps five this way (and honestly, it was only $5 more).
