I’m expecting to get my ROFR email next week based on the 3-week pattern we’ve been seeing lately, but I actually wouldn’t mind if it came later since I’m going to be on vacation shortly thereafter. I don’t want to be closing the sale while I’m in Orlando.

A trip is a good distraction! That’s the only reason I could see for wanting any part of this process to take longer 
I’m going to WDW the end of Nov/beginning of Dec for my bff’s 30th birthday so I needed my points like yesterday

My contract is stripped and the rooms I want to book will be 7-month bookings in like March of 2024 for October.
Ahhh. Mine’s loaded so I need to use them up in Dec or over Labor Day, otherwise I have to figure out how to take a trip during busy season next year

Final update! My deed was registered on 6/1 and I’ve been checking my email nonstop for the past week or so waiting for the emails from Disney to come through. They finally showed up last night and I got my points loaded today and booked my first stay!!
It’s been 2 months exactly since I sent in my offer and those were quite possibly the longest 2 months of my life 
But now I get to spend all my time stalking availability instead of my email!
