Going to Epcot for 1 day next week. Staying at Universal so no early entry or 7-day advance option to purchase LLMP. Plan to purchase LLMP when I can. Plan has me rope dropping Spaceship Earth and obtaining Remi as tier 1 LL and then Soarin and Spaceship Earth as tier 2. It does not tell me to get any other LL other than Turtle Talk?!!! and has us riding TT and FEA towards end of day with almost an hour wait each. What’s going on here?

I believe with the new software, you need to optimize your plan as park opens. It will use the latest data to make any needed adjustment to your plan. It will also use in park data throughout the day, so you should optimize throughout the day.
In Epcot, test track LLMP may be available at “drop” times, but other than that, you may only see tier 2 attractions.

At Epcot, it can be hard, to get more than one Tier 1 ride. The best strategy would be to book and use your first LLMP as soon as the park opens to you can try to get another Tier 1. TT and Remy both have single rider lines if your family is ok to split up and are old enough to ride alone. I personally don’t buy LLMP for Epcot. I’ll only buy LLSP for Guardians, but I stay on property and will rope drop.

This. Last time at EP, I booked a LL for TT in advance, but was not able to obtain a same day LL for Remi or FEA due to both being sold out by the time I tapped into my first LL around 10:00 am.
Another note on your plan, if staying offsite I highly doubt you will be able to get a 9:05 am Remi LL or a 9:50 am Soarin’ LL. Both will likely be later in the day.

I recommend optimizing without LLs and then manually selecting LL times and optimizing / evaluating until it makes sense.
(Among other things, the algorithm doesn’t take into account the removal of tiers, nor will it put any pre-books layer in the day.)
Personally, I wouldn’t want to make the trek over to Remy’s from the main entrance that early? It might save you a little more waiting time than TT or FEA, but how much more? That might be a trade-off you want to make though.

yeah, that trek to Remi seemed extreme. Plus, i have 2 teens who probably would enjoy TT more so I didgrab that LL instead of Remi.

are there still set drop times throughout the day? Haven’t been since 2024 and of course LL has changed a bit since then. I was able to get TT and i snagged a Pixar film fest for 9:20 in hopes it’ll free up another LL and maybe FEA or Remi will still be available.

The only tier 1 drop is test track. Frozen and Remy do not have drops.
