Hey everyone!
In preparation for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party 2025, I wanted to start a thread for people to post photos or stories of their party costumes.
Thought this might be helpful … Disney has this FAQ which covers Park Dress Guidelines and includes a section on costuming.
Help.
You ladies look beautiful!!! Did you feel like it was too hot to wear costumes? Just curious? I hear that a lot
When DD was little that was a hot weekend (over Columbus Day holiday) so that’s why I chose the black leggings and tshirt and some spider webs.
When she was older it was still early.October but much cooler, so I was okay once it was night time with the black wrap. The humidity had broken in Orlando which helped.
I do recommend trying to make your costumes as cool as possible!
It’s adorable! That will be perfect for the heat!
Where did you get these costumes from? They’re great!
Spirit of Halloween online. I’m from VT so we have limited party stores here. I wish I was creative enough to make my own costumes.
That’s great info!
I feel like all of the party stores are disappearing - but Spirit Halloween always seems to crop up somewhere in the Manch LOL
@drvillarejos These are great!!! You both look amazing! So cool how you were able to meet the movie characters in your outfits. I bet the characters loved that
We considered doing Alice and the Cheshire Cat (my daughter’s favorite movie). But every costume I found for the cat was long sleeve and long pants. And there’s no way in August (when we’re going) that i could’ve handled that much clothing.
You all are adorable!
Well that pic is crappy quality. Oh well, you get the idea. Peter, Tink and Tiger Lily
You look great!
I did my own sort of bounding as Gadget Hackwrench at Oogie Boogie last year. Very underdressed for that coast…they go ALL OUT over there. But, I liked it and I was comfortable!
That’s better! They are so little! Now 19, 17 and 14.
