XMAS Trip with DAS

Looking for advice/feedback. Traveling 12/24-12/31. Part of 6, 11 year old son wheelchair bound with DAS. Thoughts on reasonableness around a no LL Multipass? Plan to use DAS plus VQs and chance it with some RDs. Thoughts? Crazy?

Will he ride everything that the other family members want to? If not, you’ll either have to buy SP/MP or wait in the potentially long lines.

In July & September for us at least we purchased lightning lane for guests over the DAS limitations - especially if they were riding things that I would not ( i am the DAS holder)

We had no issues having CM adjusting LL & DAS to stay somewhat together.

He can ride everything. I do not know how he will do with TRON, but no other restrictions for him!

We were granted DAS for 6 with my son, so I am not worried necessarily about the limitations. He will ride everything with us.

I don’t use DAS but iirc the return times are based on actual wait times, correct? So the drawback would be that. Your return times will be pushed out because it will be extra busy. Do you make touring plans? I would suggest making one with all the rides you plan on using the DAS pass for. Then in the time that you have long waits you can fill in rides with short wait, any time attractions and diversions.
LLMP for a party of 6 would add $$ up real quick! If you only have 1 day at Hollywood Studios, it may be useful here. Maybe Magic Kingdom as well if you only have 1 day there. But a good TP could help. I wouldn’t think there wouldn’t be any need at AK or EP with DAS.
