Are all the pavilions open during evening EMH at Epcot? Personalized Touring Plan will not let me add them in during EMH so I wanted to double check.
We went to EMH in June. The pavilions were mostly open. I think some of the shops were shut down and I don’t believe the movies were showing in China and France. We were able to get my lemon slushie drink in France, pastries in Norway and ride the boat ride in Mexico. It was a nice stroll through World Showcase.

Guide to Disney World - Extra Magic Hours has mexico boat ride listed also. Shops close at normal closing times in most cases Not much to do in the WS really during E EMH.
