It is like some gravitational force- must sleep sideways with one knee in moms chin the other in moms side, and elbow in dads eyesocket and other elbow tucked in a rib cage. No longer is a king size bed enough.

Also - the sharing of double beds with your partner conversation fascinates me. I recognize my DH and I are not large people, but we have, on more than one occasion, shared a twin bed for a few nights in a row
