Wine Bar George or Paddlefish?

Just DH and myself for our trip.

Have ADR’s for both Paddlefish and Wine Bar George and will need to drop one.

Never been to WBG, but have been to Paddlefish. I really enjoyed Paddlefish, but it wasn’t anything super special. Better than your average seafood place, but not “OMG!! Best crab legs ever!”
