Will multiple hotel reservations screw up my FP booking?

I currently have 3 hotel reservations. Shades of Green for 5 nights, and 2 Dolphin reservations (one cash, one points) for the same 5 nights. I’m trying to get the full 5 days at Dolphin on points, but if availability never opens up, Shades is my fall-back option.

Do I have to be down to a single hotel reservation for my 60 day FP bookings? Or is the system ok with two hotel rooms on the same nights in MDE?

You will be fine with 2 overlapping reservations. I just booked FPP recently with multiple overlapping stays.
