Why no Christmas Parties during Thanksgiving week?

Any ideas why there are no parties during Thanksgiving week? I feel like that would be the best time to have them.

I don’t know. We are going next Thanksgiving week in 2019. I really want to go to the party. The last party they have is typically the Friday night before Thanksgiving, so we are going to try to get those tickets and get down there that day to kick off our vacation.I would have rather done it during the week, but no dice…

I’m pretty sure it is because MK is open much later at night that week due to the expected crowds. It would not be a good week to close MK early for a party.

I agree with @davej. I think it’s the crowds. The parks need to be open later during that week to accommodate the crowds.
