Why has demand increased for Slinky Dog G+

Any idea why demand this year for SDD G+ has increased? 7am G+ reservation in May 2023 got you 2-3pm. Same this year is 5-6p. Kind of messing up my planning. Do we think return time will go back down to mid afternoon in June and July once park hours start earlier?

It’s a matter of seconds. You can get it for park open or close to it using BG1

Everyone is getting their LL at 7am, not everybody can get 2-3pm but somebody is. Everyone else is getting earlier or later. Luck of the draw.

I think once WDW implements the DS changes and has time to reevaluate how much LL availability can increase we may see a small improvement. But for SDD, one of the hardest LLs to get, I don’t think it will be significant. So many people try for this at 7am and don’t get it at all.

DAS- I’m already prone to typos but I’m using a temporary phone and it’s been 10 fold, lol. Sorry.

Also they have been down a ride for months now with Rockcoaster closed for refurb. I’m sure that contributes to it.
