Which are the worst rides at WDW?

I don’t disagree with any of these except MFSR, I enjoy that one.

The problem with MFSR is that it’s lame unless you’re a pilot. The other two positions involve randomly pushing buttons which really don’t seem to do anything: a bit like Mission Space, where the button will press itself if you don’t.

So you’re basically just watching two people playing a kinda cool video game.

I like engineer the best.

You are making a funny joke, no? What does the engineer meaningfully do? And you have to look sideways to press the buttons.

I’m not joking. But you already know we disagree about everything!

I agree. I liked being engineer the best. I’ve done all three positions, and have the most fun being engineer. You get to watch all of the action, and even kind of direct the others in the cabin (even perfect strangers) based on what you see. It is a blast!!

I will happily ride with you both @missoverexcited and @ryan1! @umbridgepink and I will be pilots and you can be Engineers.

The best rides on MFSR are when your party fills the cockpit. The best rides I’ve ever had on it were in 2019 when we filled all 6 seats with our family.

Of course you did

Nemo - Strongly Agree

Gran Fiesta - Stongly Disagree (The song!!)

River Boat - Strongly Disagree (It’s a great escape and the narration gives me the warm and fuzzies. “By the marrrrrk. Half Twain.”

IASW - Strongly Disagree (Visually stunning)

MFSR - Strongly Agree (Most of Batuu is lost on me. Visually stunning, but I can take it or leave it. But also not a Star Wars Fan).

Barnstormer - Somewhat Agree (Only because the ride is too short.)

Mission Space - Strongly Agree (Even though I have never been on it. Just sounds like a bad idea.)

NRJ - Somewhat Agree (Points for being visually stunning and a tool to escape walking, rain, heat.)

Speedway - Somewhat Agree (Points for nostalgia.)

Figment - Stongly Disagree (Whoever put this on the list did not use their IMAGINATION.)

This is a great intro coaster for 3-6 year olds. I don’t think the target audience for this ride is older kids and adults. The other rides on the list are intended for a broader audience so it is not a fair comparison.

I agree. The problem is adults have to ride it with them and it’s very tight. But it is a great starter coaster.

They need a new scene with zombies since it’s becoming impractical to have the characters keep aging the appropriate amount to keep up with the current year.

We rode Barnstormer on our last trip. I had forgotten how much fun. No kids this trip, and still a joyful attraction. :joy:

It was especially fun to watch the faces of other people’s kids. Very happy!

We waited 18 minutes stand by, can you believe we did that! I would totally do it again.

Speedway, I enjoy, but DW not so much. I’m OK to skip it because of the time suck.

Regarding Nemo, I agree with the list. Except the ranking. It’s my worst, after excluding motion sickness attractions.

I miss Stitch’s Great Escape

IASW is my favorite on this list. We do that one multiple times when we can.

River Boat is my next favorite from this list. I’ll miss that one when it’s gone.

I also love Barnstormer, but I concede it’s too short and the physical space is very tight for adults. I rarely get to ride it, though, because my groups always scoff at the idea. Lame.

I think it’s a fine starter coaster, but Flight of the Hippogriff at IoA is like 1000x better.

Why isn’t Living with the Land in that list? xD

“Welcome to the EAC”. “But I’ve never been in the EAC before!”. Listen to that during 20 minutes and you’ll have nightmares next 10 years. Poor castmembers were laughing out loud when they heard us repeating the sentence in a loop while going out of the ride.

My 2¢ (no one asked)
10th Nemo - whatever - boring but rideable
9th Gran Fiesta - love it!
8th River Boat - boring but could be pleasant if they added seats!!
7th IASW - growing on me (DLR way better)
6th MFSR - love this ride most with a whole crew, but still fun and like the queue
5th Barnstormer - it’s been years but I remember being squished and thrown around
4th Mission Space - It’s fun enough once through in the morning
3rd - NJR completely skippable
2nd - Speedway - will ride if the line is short enough
1st - Figment - reimagine already! SOOOOO many IPs could be made into a ride and used here! How about a Mary Poppins ride?

That was planned at one point for the UK Pavilion, but got scrapped as part of 2020/2021 cost cutting.
