My thought was Carsland too, but if that wasn’t it, I was also considering Galaxy’s Edge, but not sure of where in particular there would be a spiney plant.

It is Galaxy’s Edge! The plants are along the path between the market place and Rise.

Nice! They had an other-wordly look to them so I thought Galaxy’s Edge, but also had no recollection of those specific plants in the space.

Those little Santa’s gave me the context I needed!! And realize why there’s a Christmas wreath somewhere past the Christmas decorations coming down (that was puzzling to me in the OG photo so why I focused on the wall that I also didn’t recognize).

Well it worked! I was completely thrown off by the rando Christmas decor.
My initial thought was somewhere around Carthay Circle but I didn’t think the wall was quite a fit for it, even though it was the closest I could come up with to having an idea.
