I was going to guess the Finding Nemo non-sub accessible version, but I have no idea why that would say Tarzan yell. 
(Also I’ve never done the accessible Finding Nemo, so it was just a guess.)

I’m guessing it is showing a video with music where it is showing the captions? So, perhaps some music video is playing where Tarzan is there and you can hear his distinctive yell???

That would make sense, but I can’t think of an attraction that has Tarzan associated with it other than the tree house, and that doesn’t have / need a video.

Maybe (guessing) it just happened to be Tarzan at the moment but 2 minutes later it may have been Ariel, or Belle, or any other caption to some random Disney song?
(Is there a sing-along attraction?)

It does look like something that would be a part of the accessible experience, Finding Nemo or otherwise. And the whole reason this is visible to probably to make this experience accessible.

It is is tricky one! Sorcerer’s Workshop is in the same building as the workshop, so you mostly got it.
It’s in the lobby of the Animation Building next to the board with class times for the Animation Academy. It’s the close captioning of the lyrics for whatever’s playing in the lobby loop.

That’s the area I was thinking of, actually! I sometimes refer to the Animation Building as the Sorceror’s Workshop since that’s the main attraction there (for me).
