We will be staying 8/22-8/31/18 at WL. I heard that the Halloween themed stuff was starting earlier, is this true? We went the last week of August in 2016 and there wasn’t any Halloween stuff setup. TIA 
MNSSHP started Aug 25 this year, which is a week earlier than Sep 2 in 2016, which is two weeks earlier than Sep 15 in 2015. Unless the August dates were a total flop, I would guess that there will be a party at some point in your trip.
