My family went to WDW when I was a kid, for a week over Halloween, and I remember how magical it was wearing a costume and trick-or-treating in the Magic Kingdom. My brother and I felt like we were really really special, running around gathering candy and meeting characters. Did Disney do parties like MNSSHP back then or what?

I was a hopeless figment fan from the first second I saw him! This picture has to be from MGM studios, right? That park opened in 1989 and I’d have been 8 that year - I doubt I was older than 10, so I’m guessing the Halloween trip was 89-91.
