What to order at Jiko?

I already know about the off menu steak w/ mac & cheese - which I am sure my DH will get. Any recommendations on an appetizer and another entree?

The wild boar app is AHMAZING. I highly recommend.

On my only visit I had the steak, so can’t offer other suggestions there, but appetizers were one of the highlights of my meal, so I’ll suggest the Taste of Africa and the chicken flatbread.

The wild boar appetizer may be the best thing I have ever eaten! I had the scallops and they were great. The no sugar added dessert was second only to the wild boar.

I had the Jiko salad and the beef short ribs. Both were really excellent. I also really enjoyed the malva pudding for dessert.
