What should I order?

I’m looking for some new TS for DH & my next trip. Should we go to these? If so, what should we order?

  1. Steakhouse 71 for breakfast
  2. Trattoria al Forno for breakfast
  3. Toledo for dinner

Out of those 3, probably number 2.
I haven’t had breakfast at Strakhouse 21 though.

I did each of these for the first time a couple months ago and I loved them both. Two of my all-time fave WDW meals.

We have done SH71 and Trattoria for late breakfast/ brunch. We really enjoyed the food and ambiance at Trattoria. I’ve had the steak and eggs. They were fantastic. SH71 wasn’t bad by any means. Just felt a little boring in there. Bright but boring. Also the food was just good but not one to repeat. The service was phenomenal though. I don’t remember what I ordered there. DH got a traditional breakfast plate. He felt the scrambled eggs were equal to cafeteria eggs.

I shared these with a friend. They go really well together, savory and sweet.

I don’t usually order chicken at nice restaurants, but this was exceptional.

I had the “Tapas Bar” which was fine but unexciting. My friend had the flancocho which she loved.

We were just at Trattoria for breakfast on Christmas Day. I had the Steak and Eggs and they were fantastic. There were 2 other adults, a tween and a teen who also loved what they had. The service was very good. Highly recommend.

I was there in Dec, too, and had the Florentine Frittata (in the Lighter Entrees section). It was good and served with fresh fruit, which was very welcome.

DH was eyeing the pizza. Good to know you enjoyed it!

Me neither, unless it is fried chicken! Thanks for recommending it.

You know I love desserts, especially special desserts. I was eyeing this, too.

Flan doesn’t normally jump out at me. But you reminded me that I loved the flan at Jaleo!:yum:

Steak wouldn’t normally be my go to for breakfast! Thanks for the high recommendation!

Yes, always welcomed! Light breakfasts are good so that we can graze at the festival at Epcot later!

I just added the photo to my post, so folks can see the food.

Thanks for adding the picture! Looks yummy. That would be my fruit and veggies for the day!:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Me neither. I don’t like most flan or custard. This looked more like cheesecake maybe? I didn’t taste it. We should ask @LTinNC82.

Normally I don’t eat that heavy at breakfast either. But this was a 10:30 am meal reservation. So our appetites were growing. We were off to the airport for our flight home after brunch. It was the perfect amount of food to keep us till we got home (short flight).

I have been thinking about that pork chop a lot lately… it was seriously the best of my life. And the flan was also really delicious. I would 1000% repeat that meal.
