Indeed, though I think you have us beat by checking live Doppler radar to adjust your touring plans!
We had great weather during our Christmas week 2021 trip to Orlando (70s-80s), other than 1.5 days of cooler temps and non-stop rain - but our solution for that was to stay in for a relaxing TV day, and extending the trip by 2 days when the weather recovered

When I was in Kenya I specifically asked to see a Baobab tree. Unfortunately there were none where we were.

I do have a Disney related (partial) parody of “Friend Like Me” for Pizza night in our house. It developed over the course of a potentially embarrassing number of pizza delivery evenings.

Also, when the pandemic first started and everything shut down it took DS and I some time to adjust our schedules with us both working/schooling from home. One morning I got frustrated and told him to just put a shirt on, wash his hands, and go to school in his pajama bottoms since school was in the family room anyway. From that meltdown came this gem. We would sing it a few times when washing our hands to the tune of “I have a Dream” from Tangled.

So there’s very little chance that I am clean.”
It became our isolation anthem and that at least made it all a little bit humorous.

We’ve been working on this tonight too. DS likes the Bengals. I really think it’s because he discovered football when he discovered Daniel Tiger but anyway, our Superbowl Parody of “Friend Like Me”. It’s a work in progress.

Apparently there used to be a few real baobabs in AK, but they died.
Interestingly, one of the oldest/largest baobabs in Africa even had a 15-person bar in it.

Not the year for the Bengals to throw shade at the Browns lol… still, Cincy did fantastic getting to the super bowl so quickly after the recent downturns!

For sure. Shade only because it rhymes and they’re Ohio so we went with it. DS was Heartbroken at the game’s outcome. He shed his first championship tears and I agreed to retire our parody. Already looking fwd to next season. I may try to Bring him to a Bengals game.
