We have done a lot. I realize how crazy yesterday was. We came close to RD at MK then hopping to Epcot to dinner at Topolino’s to back to Epcot and hopping yet again to MK until almost 1 am. It was nuts (and I didn’t plan it that way).
My kids practically refuse to sleep on these anymore. They are spoiled. That’s why we had to have 2 rooms at the Dolphin last year. They want real beds, or to stay home.
Since I am the one that wants them to go with me, I have to give them what they want I guess.
Your kids are smart. A real bed isn’t a crazy request.
When we went to Paris I asked Avery if she wanted to stay at an AirBNB with a view of the Eiffel Tower, but she would be on a sofa bed or a real hotel with real beds, but no view. She chose the real beds!
Oh wow. She’s serious about real beds. I think I would have picked view.
Unless it’s like literally for one night, I’m with her on real beds over just about everything else. I’ve got back issues that flair up occasionally, and sofa beds seem to frequently make it angry
. The fold down Murphy beds are fine, but sofa beds are just awful ![]()
Yes they are. Most hotels should be ashamed of themselves for what their sofa beds are like.
I especially love how inclusive this is. Appreciate the attention to representing the diversity within the community. Nicely done Disney.
one of my favorites!
(i’m late to this party)
“Lizzy is not so happy that her plane leaves in 6 hours“
you can always sleep tomorrow.
I see you have a connecting room (the colorful door to the room next door). We put the extra pillows (that we didn’t use) on the floor against that connecting door to help block noise from next door.
Agree. It’s nice to see diverse representation. I wish their pins were equally as diverse.
It’s soooo good.
Not so much. She works 4 12 hour night shifts in a row.
Oh that’s brilliant! We certainly don’t need 8 pillows between the two of us.
Robert felt better after resting and drinking pedialyte. I had already canceled SciFi and he really wanted a burger. So we headed to DS.
The burgers were delicious. He is happy.
yikes! but still, Awake hours at Disney are worth it. Especially with Mom!!! ![]()
I would hope but she was rather crabby toward the end. And this morning when she had to wake up two hours after she went to sleep.
