WDW Tomorrow 4/3/26 - Looking for thoughts on my plan

Hi all -

Staying off property at the JWGL but heading to Disney tomorrow, for just the 1 day. We’ve been to WDW many times so, we are very familiar with all the parks and rides so I got us (me, wife, and 14yr old son) 1 day passes with park hopper and secured LLMP. Looking for some feedback on my current plan, which is based on current LLMP availability, family priorities, and park hours.

Our family’s routine is to always start with Peoplemover… been doing that for 10 years now. So I picked MK as our starting park for LLMP and was able to secure Space Mountain between 8-9. With the only other ride we wanted, Pirates, not having availability until 8:10pm, I shifted my strategy to when we enter Space Mountain, immediately look for LLMP times for Expedition Everest and LLSPs for Tron and Guardians, which we will be doing throughout the day. The next stop would be HS for Runaway and maybe Rise and then head to Epcot for the aforementioned Guardians, Test Track, and Soarin’. Then head back to the MK (fireworks and open the latest) for our Pirates LLMP (if we haven’t changed it by then), and try to hopefully get LLSP for Tron (or Mine Train, and hit Peter Pan too.

So, in summary, start at MK at 8am > then AK by bus > then HS by bus > then EPCOT by Skyliner > then MK by Monorail. And looking for LLMP for those rides all throughout the day.

Thoughts on that? Thanks in advance!

John

Where do you want to eat? All snacks? QS only?

Welcome to the Forum!

You have an awesome but very aggressive plan for the day.

Would you consider going to Pirates after Peoplemover? The standby wait time should be nearly walk on that early in the morning. Then go to use your LLMP at SM.

Depending on drops and cancellations for LLMP can be challenging. You could be constantly going between parks! :scream: That would be stressful and exhausting for me! And you would be spending a lot of time traveling between parks.

And I don’t think TRON nor Guardians has more LLSP drops during the day.

Best wishes!

To the post above… Not worried about food, we’ll just pick stuff up when we’re hungry. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

The thought behind getting to Space Mountain as quick as possible was to open out LLMP options to the other parks. The sooner the better, I’m pretty sure.

This was my same thought. Are you trying to do a “challenge” to visit all four parks in one day? It’s a lot of steps and you go practically nonstop. Plus, each park hop uses at least 45 minutes - counting waiting for bus / skyliner queue.

I’ve done “all four in one day” solo. It’s a marathon. Plus, there’s always some issue that pops up, like a ride going offline or just missing a bus and having to wait 15+ minutes for the next or security at each entrance going super slow.

Do you need to go to AK just for Everest? You’d save a lot of time and steps just focusing on two parks and a “pop-in” for a third.

If you aren’t trying to get an Everest LL you will have more flexiblity at MK. You can try for Tron or PoC.

You are buying GotG LLSP, so you will be able to schedule that for whenever your want. So you don’t have to bounce back-and-forth. You can go to EP and DHS to do all the things in each park before leaving.

So… my suggestion….

RD MK - Peoplemover, Space Mt., Tron, PoC and anything else

Hop to DHS - MMRR and maybe RotR. (Depending if you want to pay for LLSP)

Hop to EP - GotG, TT, Soarin with Luminous Fireworks

You could try to get back to MK for fireworks instead of Luminous, but at the end of the night the transportation is always busy.

I don’t know. MK to EP via monorail is a bit better because you don’t go through security again. Then EP to HS via boat or walking.

I want to cut out the hop to AK in the morning and the other hop from EP back to MK. I also wanted to end the night with fireworks without hopping to another park. That’s why I put DHS in the middle.

All good stuff…thank you. It’s why I posted. Like I said, we’re veterans and the last few times have done something similar, just minus AK. Our son is 14 now and roller coaster crazy (we just spent 5 days at Universal) and he’s never rode EE, hence wedging it in. We plan to be there at 8am and probably stay until close, which is 11pm. I’m hoping some of the MK rides, like MT and Tron are like TP says… Around 45 to an hour that late.

Keep in mind that EE and TT both have single rider lines in case you can’t grab LLMP - so I’d worry less about those.

Tron, GotG or 7DMT however would all be a pretty big time suck without LLSP, I’d prioritize seeking those if they are must dos. Be aware however that you can only purchase two LLSPs total per day, so you’ll need to prioritize in any case. 7DMT at the end of the night is likely to have the lowest wait time out of those three.

In case you’re not aware, Thrill Data will send up to three free email alerts when LLs (either SPs or MPs) become available - you can set a date/time range for which you want to be notified.

What you want to do can be done. It would be esier if you started at AK, but I understand the tradition of Peoplemover. (My family starts our first day of MK with breakfast at CRT. It uses a lot of good RD time, but it’s our tradition!)

If I was going to do all four by starting and ending at MK and trying to do everything (or at least most of everything) on your list I’d:

RD MK - Peoplemover and Space Mt. - Leave by 10am

AK - Everest - Leave by 11:30am

DHS - MMRR and RotR must use LLSP - Leave by 2:30pm

EP - GotG (LLSP) then TT and Soarin’ - Leave by 7pm

MK - PoC, 7DMT, Fireworks, Tron

You’ll have to grab mobile order food and/or Mickey pretzels and move non-stop…

If you don’t use a LLSP on RotR you’ll have it for MK at the end of the night.

Let us know how it goes!! Good luck!!

On my “All 4 Parks” day I was at AK at 6:30am and left MK after midnight!

RD AK = FoP (LLSP) and EE

MK - Space Mt., Tron (25 min wait!), Fantasyland, HM, PoC

DHS - ToT, MMRR

EP - Rat, FEA, GotG (LLSP) with Dinner at Biergarten (It was fun! Plus, a buffet meant I could serve myself quickly!)

MK - 7DMT, TBA (Saved getting wet until the end!)

RotR LLSPs typically drop at 11:47 and 3:47 daily with return times within a couple of hours. With that said, today Rise was operating at 25% capacity and the 11:47 drop did not happen. The line was hours long all day, even at rope drop. Hopefully they have it fixed for you tomorrow!

I forgot to mention that Rise also has a single rider lane sometimes! They may not offer if if there are major problems with downtime, but would be worth asking if you don’t get an LLSP.

Note that it has been reported (and I have personally experienced) that the single rider lane usually skips the two pre-shows and send you straight into the Stormtrooper room, which many including me dislike - I think the preshows are an important part of the immersion. But it may still be better than not riding at all?

I agree! I did the SR queue a couple times, but I had already been on during past visits. If it was my first or even one of my earliest times to be on it I would rather wait.

Now, that I’ve done it a few time I will use the SR queue to reride it on the same day.

Good to know! Oh…and Thrill Data account activated!! Got the 2 day membership and put all our rides in.

Keep any other thoughts and suggestions coming!! I’ll try to keep tabs on the times of our rides…in case you are at all interested!!

Thanks!! John

Secured Tron for 6:10. Doing pretty good. Skipped HS…no good lighting lanes for MMRR or Slinky so we came straight to Epcot. SE, Soarin, TT, Guardians coming up….then back to WDW for Tron. Should have plenty of time for the rest of the rides on the list. Thanks again for the help!!!
