Odd question: We’re going to be at the Dolphin during their “Food and Wine Classic” nights, but not going to the event. If it’s on the causeway between the hotels, does that mean boat access to EP & DHS is closed during the event?
no, boats run continuously as always. You don’t need tickets to walk up and down the causeway, just to get food/drinks from the booths.
