My wife has a WDW Magicband+ connected to her WDW account. Can she link that same Magicband to a Disneyland ticket and use it? Or we she need a new unlinked Magicband+ to use at Disneyland?
She can link it to the DL app and then use it on both coasts.

The bands don’t so as much at DL, just admission and scanning for LLs. They light up during some rides and the fireworks. But they are not used for charging or as a room key if you are staying onsite. I still like using mine, as it saves battery power on my phone not having to pull up my LLs every time.

Thanks - yah I let her know the uses were more limited. But it also beats fishing out your phone or a ticket to scan on each of those.
Think it is likely just an evening jaunt for her as she’s in the area on a business trip and cannot pass up the chance to visit even if briefly…
